Jon Kidd, CEO
Besides starting and leading Banyan Life Financial, Jon has also co-founded several other financial services companies dedicated to the needs of the elder estate planning market. Jon has spent the last several years specializing as a distributor of premium financed loans for estate planning. For his achievements in this area, Banyan Life Financial was recently recognized in the November 2007 issue of Forbes Magazine as one of the Ten Most Dependable Wealth Managers^TM in Florida.

Jon is a graduate of the University of Maryland, Frostburg, where he earned his B.S. in Business Administration. He also serves on the Foundation Board of Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach, where he is involved in the organization’s Planned Giving Committee and the Premium Financing sub-committee. Jon’s other public service affiliations include the Children First Committee of the University of Miami’s Miller School of Medicine, PrimeTime Seniors and memberships in the International Forum, Life Insurance Finance Association, and the Planned Giving Council of Miami.

Jon and his wife, Meegan, live in Miami Beach, Florida with their three children, Olivia, Ava, and Jon Michael.

Frank Ocasio, Vice President - Case Services & Operations
Frank oversees the Case Management Department at Banyan and the day-to-day operations to help ensure all cases get processed in a timely manner from start to finish. He is also a partner & co-founder of Banyan Life Financial. Frank originally hails from NYC, where he received his B.A. in Psychology from Hunter College, and where he was also pre-med. With his extensive medical background training, Frank helps facilitate the medical underwriting process by preliminarily reviewing medical records, notes, results of laboratory test and any diagnostics, thereby bringing Banyan Life Financial clients the best offers from life insurance carriers. Frank & his life partner Rick have been living in Miami for the last three years, enjoying the serenity of their home on the beach.

Raymond J. Carabotta, Jr. , Wealth Planning Consultant
Raymond J. Carabotta, Jr. is a Wealth Planning Consultant at Banyan Life Financial- a specialist in Premium Life Financing (also known as Financed Life Insurance) for the purpose of multi-generational wealth preservation and transfer. After spending many successful years as an inventor, wholesaler, and retailer, Raymond ventured into Real-Estate Finance in the early 2000s. Within his first couple of years he was originating a substantial number of large domestic and international loans, placing him at the top of the marketplace. Typical lending scenarios included 5-star hotels, retail centers, multifamily properties, and other deals of $10 million and more. Throughout his following years in the industry, his integrity, accountability and responsibility have made him a well-respected individual in the South Florida Community. He belongs to many charity groups, chambers of commerce, marketing councils, and other state and local organizations. He was born in Cleveland, Ohio but grew up in Miami, Florida, where he still lives today. Raymond is a graduate of the University of Arizona. He has a B.S. in Regional Development with a minor in Finance.
